Brunch

We start with a cup of clear vegetable soup, which we serve to you. We then prepare for the buffet

The buffet consists of:
– Russian salad
– Asparagus* or Greek salad (*only in season)
– Pate
– Roast beef a la carpaccio
– 3 types of cheese: young matured, aged cheese and creamy brie
– Ardennes ham with melon
– Various confectionery
– Various types of bread
– Coffee, tea and orange juice
– Scrambled eggs and bacon
– Meatballs in satay sauce
– Chicken mushroom-cream sauce
– Potato dish

We then serve an extensive dessert buffet:
– Vanilla ice cream with warm cherries
– Fresh fruit salad
– Cream puffs
– Apple vanilla pastry
– Various mousses and bavarois
– Cream

Price per person: €32.50
Reservations for brunch are possible from 20 people.
Children from 4 to 12 years: 50% discount
Children under 4 years: free
